What you'll need

• Admin access to Typeform

• Access to Connectors in the Automate Work section in your MessageBird workspace

Step-by-step

1. Click on your name in the bottom left-hand side of your screen, then click Integrations.
2. Search for and click Typeform.

3. Click Install Typeform in the top right-hand corner.

4. Enter the connector name, and click Login and install.

Next steps

Visit the “Health” tab to assess the connector’s health.

• Data capture: This handles incoming data and events, often via webhooks. When not healthy, it typically means issues with setting up the connector's webhook endpoint.

Use Typeform

Once you've successfully installed the Typeform app, you can incorporate its functionalities in various areas of the platform:

Flows:

• Purpose: Incorporate Typeform triggers and actions in Flows to automate business processes, such as creating a new form or actioning on a form response.

• How to access:

  • Proceed to Flows located under Automate Work.

  • Initiate a new flow or modify an existing one.

  • For invoking a flow using Typeform triggers, set the Trigger to "Connector", the Connector to "Typeform", and then pick the relevant Typeform app (if you have multiple installations).

  • Here, you can opt for any of the various triggers the Typeform connector supports.

  • Additionally, to integrate Typeform actions into your flows, select Typeform from the "Connector actions" dropdown.
