Journey reports

View journey reports, and gain insights into sent, delivered, and read rates, all presented in an easy-to understand format.

How to find a journey's report

  1. Go to Journeys.

  2. Find the journey you want to view, then click the three dots on the right-hand side.

  3. Select View insights.

  4. Click the View report button on the top right-hand side of your screen.

How to filter a report

Filter by journey version

  • Use the dropdown on the left-hand side of your screen to filter your report between insights for all versions of your journey, and insights for a specific version.

Filter by channel

  • If your journey is set up to run on multiple channels, use the 'Filter by sender' dropdown to filter the report for a specific channel.

Filter by time frame

  • Use the date and time picker to filter insights for a specific time.

Overview tab

Journey overview

In the reports 'Overview' tab, under 'Journey overview' you can see the following data:

  • Runs triggered: The total number of times the journey has been triggered

  • Runs completed: The total number of times a contact has successfully completed the journey

  • Unique contacts entered: The total number of times distinct contacts have triggered the journey

  • Unique contacts completed: The total number of times distinct contacts have completed the journey

Message delivery overview

In the reports 'Overview' tab, under 'Message delivery overview' you can see the following data:

  • Sent: The total number of messages sent by this journey

  • Delivered: The total number of messages delivered by this journey

  • Delivery rate: The % of sent messages that were delivered successfully

  • Opens/Reads: The number of messages that were opened or read

  • Opens/Reads rate: The % of delivered messages that were opened or read

  • Clicks: The total number of times links have been clicked in messages sent by the journey

  • Click-through-rate: The % of delivered messages that drove a click

Channel overview

In the reports 'Overview' tab, under 'Channel overview', if your journey sends messages on more than one channel type, you'll be able to see performance metrics by channel, so you can easily compare channel performance.

Channel tabs

Use the channel tabs to see the same data for a specific channel. This is helpful if your journey is set up to run on multiple channels.

For example, if your journey runs on both Email and WhatsApp, you can switch between the Email and WhatsApp tabs to see how your journey performs on each platform.
