View information about an installed channel

If you've installed a channel and want to view its details or make changes to it, such as updating its configuration or removing it from MessageBird, follow these steps:

1. Click on your name in the bottom left-hand side of your screen, then click Settings.
2. Click the Channels tab at the top of your screen to view the channels library.

   
3. Click the installed channel that you want to view.

4. On the next page, you can find the following information about every installed channel instance:

   • The name of each channel instance.

   • The channel ID of each channel instance.

   • The status of each channel instance, such as active or pending.

   • The creation date of the channel.
