  • Boosting customer engagement

Find campaign analytics

You can find campaign analytics in two places in your dashboard.

Analytics about a specific campaign

If you're looking for information about how a specific campaign has performed, such as exactly how many messages were marked as spam, or how many emails were opened on the day you sent your campaign compared to the day after, you'll want to view the campaign's report.
To do this, follow these steps:
  1. 1.
Go to Engage customers > Campaigns.
  2. 2.
Find the campaign that you want to analyze, then click View report.
The exact information that's available to you in a campaign report will change depending on the channel that the campaign was sent on.
