Supported Projects
In the Touchpoints API, the resources that you create are called Projects. The API currently supports the following project types with more coming soon! If you don't see any for your channel please get in touch.
Message Templates
Message templates are customizable, reusable messages that you can send on any installed communication channel.
Once published, message templates can be used in Flows, sent by an Inbox agent during a conversation with a customer, or distributed to an audience in Campaigns.
Supported channels
You can create and manage message templates for the following channels:
More channels coming soon, such as SMS, Facebook Messenger, and Email.
Other projects
Touchpoints also support other project types, such as Chat Widgets and Pop-ups. These are not covered in the Touchpoints API documentation.
