Why am I unable to buy a Number?
Sometimes, however, you may not be able to purchase a number via the Dashboard. In some cases, the "Buy a Number" button won't even be visible in your account. In these cases, you'll need to contact our Support team for further assistance.
Below we've listed some reasons for why you might not be able to buy a Number at the moment, and how to resolve this:
Whenever you contact our Support team with a Number request, please make sure to include the following information:
- Which country do you need a number for?
- Which Number capabilities do you need? SMS, Voice, or both?
- If you are looking for a Voice-capable number, would you like us to check if a certain area code is available?
